The United States World War I Victory Medal was awarded to all military personnel who served on active duty with the Armed Forces during World War I.
The West Indies Bar was authorized in December, 1921, for Navy personnel serving in Haiti, Santo Domingo, Cuba, or the Virgin Islands, between April 6, 1917, and November 11, 1918.
